Shipping and Return Policy
All orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order has been received. Please note that there may be delays due to weather, holidays and mail system reasons beyond our control.
As a small business, it's hard to offer the same return policies as bigger chain stores. However, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! We will do our best to work with you to make sure you have the best experience!
Items may be returned for full credit up to 14 days. After 14 days you will receive store credit. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product but does not include shipping and handling charges. Also ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! These items cannot be returned nor refunded.
Items returned must have tags still attached and be unworn. The Gray Label reserves the right to refuse a refund on piece if the product appears to be damaged or worn by the customer.
If the item is damaged, please email to let us know within 5 days of receiving the item.
To begin a return/exchange please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason why the item is being sent back.
- Place the order back in the bag or another shipping bag. Please make sure to include the order number inside the bag. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.
